Mission Trip
June 25 (Saturday)
Our Mission Team will be traveling to Newland, North Carolina and will be working with the Avery County Habitat for Humanity on a new home for Amanda Jones and her four children. We will be supervised by an onsite foreman. We are told that this is a very poor area. This marks the 11th year the Mission Team has made a trip. 25 of our members will be going this year, leaving on June 25th and returning on July 2nd. To offset the cost of this trip, each participant will need to contribute $225.00. In addition, the Team had set a goal to raise an additional $4,500.00 via membership contributions. This goal has been met, but if you would still like to participate in this work, please make your check payable to the Church and earmark it for the Mission Trip. It will be used to further defray the costs of the trip. The Elders and Mission Team want to thank the congregation for their continued generosity.
Spiritual Renewal Weekend

We will be hosting a spiritual renewal weekend July 23rd & 24th with Jack Evans Jr. as the guest speaker. The theme will be "Seeking Counsel From The Lord" taken from Joshua 9:14.
